Delete your Livosa account

This page describes account and data deletion for Livosa by Livosa Health. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Tip before you go: your history might be useful to you or your doctor later. You can export everything to CSV or PDF first (Analytics → export menu) — the export belongs to you and survives deletion.

Delete in the app (fastest)

  1. Open Livosa and go to the Profile screen (tap your avatar).
  2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
  3. Read the confirmation — it will remind you this removes all your data — and confirm.

Deletion runs immediately on our servers. You'll be signed out, and the account cannot be recovered.

Don't have the app anymore?

Email support@livosahealth.com with the subject "Account deletion request", sent from the email address your account is registered under (that's how we verify it's really you). We'll confirm and complete the deletion within 7 days. If you signed up with Google or Apple, use the email associated with that sign-in.

What gets deleted, and when

The local copy of your data on your own device is removed when you delete the app or clear its storage.

Want to delete only some data?

  • Individual entries: swipe an entry away in the Diary, or open it and delete — no account deletion needed.
  • Health platform access: revoke Livosa's access anytime in Health Connect (Android) or Apple Health (iOS) settings; this stops future syncing without touching your account.
  • Caregiver sharing: revoke any sharing grant in the app's caregiver settings.

Subscriptions are separate

Deleting your account does not cancel an active Livosa Premium subscription, because billing is handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store. Cancel it in your store subscription settings — ideally before deleting the account. See how to cancel.
